General Notes for Delivery

A signature is required for all deliveries.

We can not deliver to PO Box addresses.

The usual delivery times as listed above are for delivery to suburban Australian addresses that are included in the overnight delivery network of Australian Post Express Post. Delivery times may be longer for remote areas.

International delivery by courier is during business hours, Monday to Friday.

International Delivery is by Startrack Express. Consignment details will be email to you upon shipment of your order, enabling your order to be tracked via the Startrack Express website: http://www.startrackexpress.com.au

Dictate Australia Pty Ltd endeavors to get your order to you as quickly as possible but we cannot guarantee to meet our scheduled delivery times on all occasions. Delivery times are indicative only and Dictate Australia Pty Ltd does not accept any liability for failure to meet the scheduled delivery times or any inconvenience caused as a consequence.
Olympus products can only be shipped within Australia and can not be shipped to New Zealand. This is an Olympus Australia requirement.
All Olympus products are shipped by courier, FastWay for NSW deliveries and Toll Ipec Priority for all other states and territories.
Non Olympus products are shipped by either Startrack Express or Express Post Platinum anywhere in Australia. We use Startrack Express for all international deliveries.
Returns Policy
All goods returned , whether defective or not, will require you to notify us of your intention to return and must include the following information:

Unless stated otherwise under this Returns Policy, Dictate Australia Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse any returns that are:

incomplete or have missing parts

are not returned in their original packing

either the product or packaging is damaged during transport or

the customer simply does not want the purchased item.
